One of the amazing things about DDPY is its ability to meet you at your current level of fitness, then quickly build it with regular practice. I take great pride in ensuring absolutely everyone gets the absolute most from every class I deliver – from the complete beginner to the seasoned veteran.Įvery exercise or manoeuvre in DDPY classes can be modified to suit you, and I highly encourage everyone to start with these mods until a suitable level of strength/flexibility/balance is built, which will allow you to challenge yourself safely. I would rather you performed a modification perfectly than tried a more challenging method with poor form, which could lead to an injury. The bottom line is these workouts are suitable for everyone and you should never be afraid or embarrassed to modify in order to get the most from them.
